 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. FINALLY, a really GOOD Urgent Care facility in Picayune! The service was great, I had virtually no wait time, the staff very friendly and welcoming, the provider knowledge and care was excellent. It's a brand-new facility so the building and amenities are clean and very nice. I can only imagine this place will get busier as the word gets out - especially since the other Urgent Care businesses in our area really are sub-par (my family has tried every one of them). The others just send you out the door with antibiotics (regardless of what your symptoms are) and exorbitant fees. Magnolia spent time with me and my issue even when they knew right away what the issue was and knew how to treat it - they still spent the extra time with me for a proper evaluation. They were also receptive to my input (let's be real though, ChatGPT's input...) and adjusted the prescribed care accordingly. All in all, I'm making this my go-to for non-emergency room needs (because who likes to sit in an ER for 6-8 hours on a weekend for a non-life-threatening issue but that can't wait another two days for a doctor to see you during "business hours" - except for Fridays because all doctors take Friday off it seems like).

The patience and understanding for him was amazing! They explained everything so well & overall the best experience we have ever had anywhere we have ever gone! She was very nervous but nurse Raven was so wonderful and calm, kind and patient with her and walked her step by step though everything she was doing in a way that really comforted her.
